What do you look for on the application?
We look at credit, criminal history, rental history, evictions, and judgments.
What if I don't meet the qualifications?
You may be conditionally approved by having a cosigner who meets the requirements or you can pay more upfront for rent. Talk to your leasing associate for more info.
What if I have student or medical loans?
We do not consider student or medical loans during an application screening.
What if I have criminal history, poor rental history, evictions or judgements?
We cannot determine if you will be approved unless you apply. While these are weighted heavily according to our screening policy, we do take into consideration time that has passed.
