An application fee is required to sign a lease with MiddleTown, however it is not required to tour. If you are not ready to pay the application fee, you can hit the "Contact us" on any listing and get in touch with a leasing agent. We do require an application after 2 separate events of tours, however.
The application fee covers a background check that we do for all residents 18 and older who live with us. We look at credit, criminal history, rental history, evictions and judgements. The application fee is a one-time payment of $55 for each person 18 and older that will be on the lease. One application applies to all of our properties. So if you lease with us and then move to another location after your lease expires, your application fee will transfer!
To apply, you will need a government issued ID. Remember, any document you submit must display your full name. Here’s a list of acceptable documents:
