Drug-Free Housing
Residents and guests are permitted from engaging in any criminal activity, including drug-related crimes. It is forbidden to manufacture, sell, distribute, use, or possess drugs. Residents and guests should not engage in activities that facilitate criminal activity. The property should not be used for any criminal activity.
What does this mean for you?
You should refrain from any illegal activities. You are responsible for the actions of your guests while they are at the property, so you are responsible for preventing any criminal activity from occurring.
