Section 3.1 discusses damages that you could be charged for after move out.

Minimum Damage Repair Charges

If repairs are necessary beyond the normal wear and tear on the property that the Redecoration Fee covers, the resident(s) may be charged. There is a minimum amount charged for each type of damage. If there is a percentage listed instead of a charge, the resident will be responsible for a percentage of the total cost. The list included on the lease provides common examples, but not all of the charges that could occur.

What does this mean for you?

It is important to keep the property free of damage to avoid any charges upon move out. Normal wear and tear is accepted and covered by the Move-in Fee, but damages beyond that could result in fees.
