Section 2.16 discusses how notices are issued and how a default on the lease is dealt with.
Notices and Default
If a resident is in default, you may be asked to leave the property before the end of the lease. If default occurs, the resident is still responsible for payments until the end of the lease. Paying the full amount could allow the resident to get out of default. Payments must be made in full.
Notices, both from MTPG or the resident, should be provided in writing and mailed.
What does this mean for you?
Being in default of the lease for house rule violations can resulted in you being asked to leave before the lease end date. You will still be responsible for payments. You can expect any notices to be provided by mail and should supply your notices the same way.
