House Rules Fines
If a resident violates the house rules, a notice will be given by MiddleTown Property Group and a fine of up to $100 can be assessed. If a second violation occurs, a $250 charge will be assessed. If the rules continue to be violated after the second violation, MTPG can choose to continue to charge $250 per violation or consider the residents to be in default of the lease. Non-compliance with the house rules can result in eviction.
What does this mean for you?
You must follow the house rules, or fines can be assessed. If enough violations occur, you will be found in default of the lease and may be evicted from the property.
