Additional Rules
In some cases, additional rules may need to be added at the property. In these instance, MiddleTown Property Group has the right to add, amend, or modify any rules or regulations as long as they comply with notice and applicable laws.
Some rules may be posted separately at common areas or amenities. These rules are expected to be followed by residents using these facilities.
What does this mean for you?
To keep our residents and properties safe, it will occasionally be necessary to add additional rules to the property. You should also be aware of any rules associated with common areas and amenities.

From the Home page, look at the "Current Lease" section towards the bottom of the page.
