Smoke Free Property
Our properties are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted in any areas, including the inside of the property and common areas, unless approved by MiddleTown Property Group. There is a $500 fine for smoking inside of the property.
What does this mean for you?
If you'd like to smoke, you will need to do so outside of the property and any common areas. If you are unsure if you can smoke in a certain area, you can reach out to us for clarification!
Want to view your lease?
To check this section for your own property:
Log on to your AppFolio online portal.
From the Home page, look at the "Current Lease" section towards the bottom of the page.
From here, you can click and view your lease.
