Section 2.12 outlines quiet hours and the behavior expected during them.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 11pm to 8am on Sunday through Thursday and Friday through Saturday from 1am to 8am. During these times, residents are expected to turn down the volume of radios, TVs, stereo equipment, and other noise making devices. Residents and any guests will be responsible for preventing their volume level from annoying or interfering with the quiet enjoyment of other residents.

What does this mean for you?

It is important to be respectful during quiet hours at the property to prevent any tension or unnecessary conflict between residents. You are responsible for your own noise level, as well as the noise level of any of your guests.
