Signage
MiddleTown Property Group is able to maintain signage at the property, regardless of if the resident(s) renews their lease or is occupying the property. Residents are to leave signage placed at the property. If residents remove signage, there is a $200 fee per sign.
What does this mean for you?
You should leave any MTPG signage alone if it is placed at the property. This signage is for leasing purposes, and removing it can result in a fine.

To check this section for your own property:
Log on to your AppFolio online portal.
From the Home page, look at the "Current Lease" section towards the bottom of the page.
From here, you can click and view your lease.
