Fire Extinguishers
Some properties will be provided fire extinguishers. If these are present, they have been tested at the beginning and end of each lease term. Residents are responsible for refilling any extinguishers at the end of the lease unless they are used for their intended purpose. Missing extinguishers will be charged to the residents at move out.

What does this mean for you?
If there is a fire extinguisher at the property, you are responsible for refilling it if is used for something other than its intended purpose, and you are responsible for replacement charges if it goes missing during the lease term.
