How are pests and rodents dealt with?

Section 2.6 outlines the process for pest or rodent problems at the property.

Pests and Rodents

Residents are responsibly for treating the following:

  • Fleas

  • Ticks

  • Ants

  • Spiders

  • Bed Bugs

  • Other pests

  • Rodents

Residents who have pets can be charged a $195 Pest Treatment Fee upon move out to ensure that the property does not have any pests related to the pets.

Bed Bugs

Residents must follow any necessary protocols when treating bed bugs due to the nature of these infestations. If they do not follow these protocols and bed bugs remain at the property, MiddleTown Property Group may choose to terminate the lease. Residents are responsible for bed bug treatment.

It is important that you keep the property is clean and sanitary conditions to avoid any pest or rodent infestations. In these cases, you are responsible for getting rid of the pests.
