Section 2.4 outlines proper conduct at the property and in common areas.

Conduct

Residents agree to rules of reasonable conduct with respect to noise, odors, trash, pets, parking, and use of lawns at the property and in common areas. All common areas are nonsmoking. Residents are responsible for the conduct of their guests when on the premises.

What does this mean for you?

Conducting yourself with respect for both the property and other residents is required. You are responsible for any guests you bring to the property. Breaching the peace can result in a violation of the lease.
