Where do I park?

Section 2.3 outlines how parking is handled at the property.

Parking

Each resident gets one parking space and one parking pass for the property. Additional parking can be provided, usually for an additional cost. Guest parking is not guaranteed. Vehicles without parking passes can be towed, including guest vehicles. Plate and vehicle information must be provided before a permit can be issued. Replacement permits are $100 each, and there is a $100 fee for each permit that is not returned at move out. Parking at the property is done at your own risk.

MiddleTown Property Group has the right to regulate parking of any vehicles. Vehicles are prohibited from parking if:

  • They are inoperable.

  • The vehicle does not have a current license.

  • The vehicle is parked in a handicap space without the proper permit.

  • The vehicle is blocking other vehicles from exiting.

It is also important to only park in designated spots. Vehicles should not be parked in the grass or on sidewalks, patios, and fire lanes.

Garages

Garages are not always available for resident usage. If there is garage space that can be used, the resident will either be issued a Garage Addendum, or it will be noted in Section 1.10 in "Use of Premise."

What does this mean for you?

It is important that you know where your designated parking is at the property, and that you have obtained a current parking pass. Parking in areas not designated for your vehicle can result in your vehicle being towed. You can reach out to our Resident Services department for clarity on where you can park!
