How is trash handled?

Section 2.2 outlines how trash is handled at the property, and how you should dispose of it.

Refuse and Trash

Trash should be placed in the proper receptacle and put in the designated area. If the city picks up the trash, it must be put in a bag or can. If MiddleTown must remove trash, the residents will be charged $35 per bag or large item. Trash should not be set outside more than 24 hours before the day it is to be picked up. Residents are responsible for storing receptacles. Any city code violations or other related costs will be charged to the residents.

You are responsible for disposing of trash properly at the property and at the right times, or else you can face fines.
