Section 2.1 discusses pets at the property and how you can add a pet to your lease.
Pets
No dogs, cats, or other pets or animals should be at the property without a separate pet lease. To add a pet to the lease, a fee must be paid and health records must be submitted before the pet can occupy the property.
If there is a pet found at the property without a pet lease, it will need to be removed immediately and a $250 fee will be assessed. If this pet is not removed after 24 hours, MiddleTown can remove the pet and charge another $250 fee.
What does this mean for you?
Almost all of our properties are pet friendly, but pets must be added to the lease properly to avoid any fines. To add a pet, you will need to contact us to get a separate pet lease set up.

To check this section for your own property:
Log on to your AppFolio online portal.
From the Home page, look at the "Current Lease" section towards the bottom of the page.
From here, you can click and view your lease.
