Section 1.26 discusses what occurs when you do not vacate at the end of your lease or provide a notice to vacate, and how a month to month (MTM) lease works.

Month to Month Leases

If you do not provide a notice to vacate and choose to stay at the property, MiddleTown will extend a month-to-month lease to you fort a $250 per month fee in addition to the current rates. A month-to-month lease can be terminated with a 30 day notice from either party.

What does this mean for you?

If you have not renewed and choose to stay at the property past the lease termination date, MiddleTown can choose to extend to you a month-to-month lease at a $250 monthly premium. This lease can be terminated by MTPG or you with a 30 day notice.
