Section 1.23 outlines the move-out inspection process and what you can expect when your lease ends.

Move-Out Inspection

Move-out inspections are completed after the lease expiration date. MiddleTown Property Group completes the move-out inspection without the residents present. It is recommended that the residents complete their own move-out inspection. If there are discrepancies between the resident's move-out inspection and MTPG's, charges can be disputed. Any remaining items at the property after the lease expiration date will be presumed abandoned and can be thrown away.

What does this mean for you?

Residents should complete their own move-out inspection before turning in keys to the property. MTPG will complete their own inspection without residents present, but this inspection can be disputed if there are differences. If items are left after the lease expiration, they will be disposed of.
