Section 1.22 discusses the move-in inspection process and how long you have to complete it.

Move-In Inspection

Residents are responsible for completing a move-in inspection within 72 hours of move in. This move-in form is completed through a link that's provided at move-in, and can be done on a computer or phone. It can also be submitted by email or mail. If this form is not completed within 72 hours, the unit will be assumed to be in good and sanitary condition and deemed acceptable. Any defects, deficiencies, or repairs will become the responsibility of the resident. Damages that are marked in the move-in form will not be charged to the resident.

Cosmetic items and defects that don't cause the property to be uninhabitable may not be repaired or addressed and do not constitute a reduction in rent. The property is accepted as is with no warranties.

What does this mean for you?

It is imperative that you complete the move-in form that you are given a link to within 72 hours of your move in, or else the property will be assumed to be in good and clean condition. Any damages or defects not reported become your responsibility and can result in a charge.
