Section 1.21 outlines when nada how to give a notice to vacate, and what occurs if you fail to provide one.

Notice to Vacate

The residents agree to provide a written notice to vacate 90 days prior to the lease end date. If one is not provided and the residents choose not to renew, a Non-Sufficient Notice Fee can be issued. If the vacate notice is not received before 90 days, a $100 fee is charged. If it is not received before 60 days, a $250 fee is charged. If it is not before 30 days, a $350 fee is charged. These fees are due 15 days before the lease end date.

What does this mean for you?

You must provide a notice to vacate in writing 90 days before your move-out date. You can check your move-out date on your lease by viewing it on your online portal and plan accordingly. Failure to provide this notice can result in fees that are determined by how soon you provide the notice.
