Common Areas and Amenities
Residents can use common areas and amenities that are included at the property. Depending on where you are leasing, this could include a clubhouse, fitness center, coffee bar, conference room, etc. Residents use the common areas and amenities at their own risk, and MiddleTown is not responsible for any resulting illness or injury. Residents can have a total of 2 guests per resident listed on the lease. Residents are responsible for any damage caused to these areas.
MTPG is not responsible for packages or mail that may be lost or stolen from the mail room or common areas. If a package is lost, we recommend contacting the mail service provider for any information they may be able to provide.
What does this mean for you?
You are completely responsible for yourself and your guests when using common areas and amenities spaces, including any damages or injuries that might occur. MTPG is not responsible for missing mail as well.
