Section 1.18 discusses the income verification process, and what occurs if you are unable to provide that verification.
Income Verification
Income verification is typically done during the application process with a leasing associate. When the application is screened, the potential resident is asked to provide documentation of income to verify that they make enough to afford the property. If this documentation is not provided, an applicant can be conditionally approved if they meet all other application requirements, but will be required to pay their last month of rent along with their first month of rent before taking possession of the property.
What does this mean for you?
If you are unable to provide income verification before your move-in date, you can still take possession of the property by paying both first and last month's rent.
