Necessary Communication
The residents authorize MTPG to communicate with them through email and text notifications for necessary communication, which can include showings, maintenance, leasing, payables, and any additional property information.
What does this mean for you?
You can expect to receive communication through email and text throughout your residency. Some of these emails may come through FloDesk from our marketing department to inform you about important updates, events, giveaways and more!
Want to view your lease?
To check this section for your own property:
Log on to your AppFolio online portal.
From the Home page, look at the "Current Lease" section towards the bottom of the page.
From here, you can click and view your lease.
