Parties to Lease and Communication
Those who are listed as tenants on the lease are the only individuals who can receive any type of communication regarding the lease or their account. MiddleTown will not discuss any specifics with anyone who is not on the lease, unless it is legal council representing the residents.
What does this mean for you?
Your account information is completely confidential between those listed on the lease and MiddleTown. If you obtain legal council, MiddleTown will be able to discuss the lease with them. If you'd like someone to be authorized to receive information about the lease, such as a parent or family member, you will need to provide authorization through our office.

To check this section for your own property:
Log on to your AppFolio online portal.
From the Home page, look at the "Current Lease" section towards the bottom of the page.
From here, you can click and view your lease.
