In Section 1.6, MiddleTown Property Group is defined as an agent to the owner of the property. This means that MTPG collects all rent and other charges and handles the management of the unit on behalf of the property owner.

What does this mean for you?
The owner of the property that you are leasing has hired MiddleTown to manage the property, allowing us to act on their behalf when dealing with payments, maintenance, and leasing. While the owner is still directly involved in decision making for the property, you will contact us about any issues that arise or questions you may have.

To check this section for your own property:
Log on to your AppFolio online portal.
From the Home page, look at the "Current Lease" section towards the bottom of the page.
From here, you can click and view your lease.
